So, I've been eating vegetarian for about a month and a half. I don't know how long I'll stick with it, but so far I've really enjoyed it. I am going to post a few of my favorites that have gone over very well with the family. Enjoy!
Every Monday I sit down and plan out dinner for the week ahead. I get so tired of making the same old things- don't you? Here's a place where we can post successful dinners we've made, that our families actually ate. No pretentious meals here- just real food that we can share with each other to help cure the dinner blues.
